The 2025 Ordination Service of the Ashanti West Region of Assemblies of God, Ghana, took place on February 19, 2025, during the Regional Council Meeting at Grace Assemblies of God, Kwadaso, Kumasi.
The service was officiated by the General Superintendent, Rev. Stephen Wengam, who preached on “The Awesome Deeds of Prayer,” aligning with the 2025 theme: Pray Without Ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17). Assisting in the ordination ceremony was the Regional Superintendent, Rev. Augustine Bempah.
The oath of office was administered by Her Honour Lawrencia Gyamfi, Circuit Court Judge. During the ceremony, Licentiate ministers were upgraded to ordained rank, Exhorters to Licentiate, and Probationers to Exhorter rank.
The General Superintendent urged the newly ordained pastors to be true representatives of Christ in word and deed.
